Moon Shuttle, Inc value the trust and confidence that our customers, associates, representatives, and providers, have placed in us when they give us their personal information. When you submit an email address while booking with us, either online or over the phone, we will email your ride confirmation to you and will not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party marketing sources or anyone else. We manage and safeguard your private information with the same respect we expect for ourselves
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation Policy: If your plans change, please contact us at least 24 hours before your van ride and 48 hours before the charter Van service to avoid no-show charges. If you cancel within the 24 hour period for vans or within the 48 hour period for charter/Van service, you will be charged a processing fee of $25 for amounts under $50 and $45 for amounts above $50.
GRATUITIES:
Gratuities: An optional gratuity given to your shuttle ride driver for a job well done is appreciated. Our airport bus transfers, point-to-point, and hourly charter services
INSURANCE:
Licensed, Bonded and Insured: Moon Shuttle, Inc are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and possess the necessary permits and licenses required to conduct the business of transporting passengers in the State of Florida.
Limitations of Liability: Carrier will not be liable for delays caused by accident, breakdown, poor road or weather conditions, and other unforeseen events or catastrophes beyond its control. Neither does it guarantee to arrive at, or depart from, any point at any specific time in case of conditions beyond the carrier's control. Any expenses incurred as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
ANIMALS:
Pets: Small pets are allowed. We must be notified at the time of booking.
VEHICLES:
Types of Vehicles: Please understand that vehicles shown on this website may not necessarily reflect exactly the vehicle utilized for your transportation. Every effort is made to ensure that the vehicle used is in the same class and quality as the vehicle is shown.
Vehicle Wait Time: We provide a 20 minute grace period if a guest is late after private vehicle confirmation. After 20 minutes, you will be billed for an hour of service.
CHILDREN:
Unaccompanied Minors: Children ages 8-15 may ride unaccompanied on our exclusive airport service with a permission form signed by authorized parent/guardian. You must notify the reservation agent if the guest is an unaccompanied minor, then complete the Unaccompanied Minor Form. If a chauffeur is required to escort an unaccompanied minor to an airline check-in point, an additional charge of $30 will be assessed. We allow children age 16 and over to ride unaccompanied on our shuttle ride service, at parent/guardian discretion.
Child Seat: Booster seats and/or infant car seats are at no cost for the first two. Additional car seats will incur charges.
SAFETY:
Passenger Safety: In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to deny or remove any person who, in the driver's discretion, is boisterous or disruptive. This includes those under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who are incapable of taking care of themselves, or whose condition, conduct or behavior may be objectionable to other passengers.
License to Use:
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. This website is used in accordance with this Agreement, and will only be used to make legitimate reservations or quotations, for you or any other person/s whom you are legally authorized to act. You also warrant that all information supplied by you on this Website is current, accurate, and true. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of this Agreement.
Unauthorized Activities:
The content and information on this Website, including, but not limited to, price and availability of travel services, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us or our suppliers and providers. While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary and related documents for travel or services booked through this Website, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website. Additionally, you agree not to use this Website or its contents for any commercial purpose, make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. Access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission; violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Website; take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; deep-link to any portion of this Website (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services) for any purpose without our express written permission; or "frame", "mirror" or otherwise incorporate any part of this Website into any other website without our prior written authorization.
